Terms of Service
Using ShardRadar means agreeing to a few straightforward principles. They keep the explorer reliable, fair, and aligned with the ASA community.
Last updated December 2025
- Respect rate limits and attribute data accurately
- Use insights for discovery, not to target or harass players
- Keep us informed about blockers so we can maintain service quality
The agreement
Expand each clause to understand what is expected.
1. Service overview
ShardRadar surfaces public information about ARK: Survival Ascended servers. We do not host gameplay servers, sell slots, or guarantee uptime. Our role is to consolidate public telemetry into actionable insights.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to play ASA under the rules in your region. If parental consent is required, secure it before using ShardRadar. We can suspend access if we discover this requirement is not met.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure
- Respect published rate limits when using automation
- Never present ShardRadar insights as official Wildcard guidance
- Do not use data to harass, grief, or target players
4. Beta program
Features can change without notice and downtime may occur while we ship updates. We may revoke access if usage harms stability for others or conflicts with these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All ShardRadar branding, design elements, and code belong to the ShardRadar team. You retain ownership of feedback you provide but grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to improve the service.
6. Disclaimers
ShardRadar is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep data accurate, but server conditions shift quickly and may differ from what you see in-game. You accept any risk that comes from using the insights we publish.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ShardRadar team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using or being unable to use the service.
8. Updates to these terms
We will announce material changes inside the product. Continued use of ShardRadar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms? Visit our contact page and include "Terms" in your message so we can route it quickly.
Staying in good standing
These reminders keep your access healthy while we build towards general availability.
Report blockers quickly
If you spot bugs or exploits, loop us in so we can patch them before the next deployment.
Stay within automation limits
Cache responses locally and back off when rate limit headers appear. Heavy automation without throttling will be paused.
Credit ShardRadar when sharing
If you publish dashboards or tools that rely on our data, note that the information originates from ShardRadar and is not official Wildcard guidance.
