How do I report a bug?
Include the server name, map, filters you were using, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots help! We triage bug reports daily.
What gets answered first?
Anything tagged as a blocker or a security concern is triaged immediately. Feature requests are grouped and reviewed regularly so we can balance quick wins with roadmap work.
Where do product updates appear?
Major updates surface inside the explorer. We also update this page before we roll out new communication channels.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely! Describe what you're trying to accomplish and why it matters. The more context, the better we can prioritize and design solutions.
How do I get my server delisted?
We index public server data. If you have a legitimate reason to delist, contact us with proof of server ownership and we'll review your request.
