Data signals we handle

Expand each section to learn more

Information we index from public sources
We ingest server information that Wildcard and community hosts expose publicly. This includes server names, maps, player counts, platform details, mods, and uptime signals. Everything is already available to any player with the right tooling; we consolidate it so you can decide where to play faster.
Information you share with us
We only store details you volunteer intentionally, such as feedback or bug reports. We do not collect payment information or personal identifiers by default.
Product analytics
We capture lightweight telemetry such as page views, error signals, and anonymized usage patterns. These signals help us understand performance and reliability so the explorer stays fast and stable.
How we use information
  • Surface accurate search and ranking results for ASA servers
  • Debug issues, detect abuse, and keep the platform reliable
  • Respond when you ask for support or new functionality
  • Plan roadmap decisions using aggregated, anonymized trends
What we do not do
  • Sell personal data or share it with advertisers
  • Attempt to deanonymize player data from public feeds
  • Inject tracking pixels from third party ad networks
Retention and deletion
Public server data is cached briefly so results stay fast and is discarded automatically as new data arrives. Feedback is reviewed and retained only while we close the loop or use it to improve the product.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our data handling practices evolve. Material changes are highlighted inside ShardRadar so you can review them before continuing to use the explorer.

Your controls

We keep things straightforward so it's clear how to manage the information you share with us.

Removal requests

Contact us with the subject "Privacy" to request data removal. After verifying ownership we will clear the feedback trail unless a legal obligation requires retention.

Telemetry opt-outs

You can restrict analytics to essential error reporting. Opt in to richer telemetry only if you want to help us tune the experience faster.
